We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping across North America:

Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak season (May–August), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your pool toys out as fast as possible.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Cross-border deliveries may experience additional customs delays.

Local Warehouses — No Customs, No Surprises

We operate warehouses on both sides of the border. Orders placed from a Canadian address ship from our Canadian warehouse; US orders ship from our US warehouse. That means no customs delays, no duty surprises at the door, and no cross-border tracking gaps.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator depending on your location and the size of the items. Large items such as basketball sets and paddle boards may ship via a freight carrier with curbside delivery.

Large Item Delivery

For oversized items (inground basketball systems, paddle boards, large floats), delivery is curbside only. The carrier will not bring the package inside your home. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the package for any visible damage before signing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement. Please retain all packaging and take photos of any damage to expedite the claim.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
